Our Services

Luna Home Comfort LLC provides the following HVAC services:

  • Furnace repair, replacement, and emergency heating service
  • Air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance
  • Heat pump installation and repair
  • Ductless mini split systems
  • Preventive maintenance and tune-ups

Specific services, pricing, and timelines are provided through written estimates. All work is subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.

Estimates and Agreements

Free Estimates: We provide free written estimates for qualifying service work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

Written Agreement: Before work begins, you will receive a written estimate or contract detailing the scope of work, parts, pricing, and timeline. Work commences only upon your written or verbal authorization.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on scope, parts costs, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during diagnosis. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment details will be provided with your service agreement.

Late Payments: Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees.

Scheduling

We make every effort to schedule and complete work within the timeframe discussed. However:

  • Timelines may vary based on parts availability and service demand.
  • We will communicate delays promptly and work with you to adjust scheduling.
  • You are responsible for providing timely access to your property at scheduled times.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your HVAC system and service needs
  • Ensure clear access to HVAC equipment before and during service
  • Remove or secure valuables and personal belongings in work areas
  • Arrange for pet care during service if necessary
  • Pay for services as agreed in the service agreement

Warranty and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days following completion. If issues arise due to our work, we will repair them at no additional charge.

Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to parts installed and vary by product. We will provide warranty information for specific parts upon request.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or issues not related to our workmanship.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: You may cancel by providing notice. No fees apply for cancelled appointments with proper notice.
  • During Work: If you cancel work in progress, you are responsible for payment for all work completed and parts procured.
  • After Completion: All work is final upon completion and payment. No refunds are provided for completed work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Home Comfort LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage to items not removed from work areas or for pre-existing conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Luna Home Comfort LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
